Default every time I open word I receive a error message

I am running office 2000 with windows xp every time I open word I receive a
message that it will contact microsoft and then shuts down word I have
reinstalled and it doesn't change anything. this is the message I receive.
I cannot use word at all. It constantly shuts down I have renamed normal and
it still happens.

The ModName suggests a problem with your Hewlett Packard printer
driver. Try deleting and reinstalling the printer in Start |
Control Panel | Printers.
