HI all,

I'm having problems in customizing MS Word toolbar.
For example, i go to View--Toolbar-- Customize.

When i remove "B"(Bold) toolbar icon and close the MS Word application,
after that, i turn on the MS Word application, the "B" icon still exist. It
cannot be customised.
The other application like Excel, PP, Access do not have such problems.

Does anyone had this problems?
