In Word 2003 I have Track Changes enabled and the Tools | Options | Track
Changes settings set to "By Author". When working with a document that already contains changes made by another author, if I make a change to the document the color of my change is different than that of the previous author. This is normal and what I would expect to happen. However, if I then save the document (File | Save), my Track Changes color immediately becomes the same as the previous author. You now cannot distinguish by color who made what changes. -- Thanks Dennis Application Support |
