Please show me how to produce a personal, non-company address list so that I
can print address labels, perhaps using a non-company version of Mail Merge? Thanks for any help you can give. I'm using Office 2003 with Windows XP Home Edition. |

Use Outlook. Either create a separate contacts list or use categories to
indicate your personal entries. Then see http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Kenryshirt wrote: Please show me how to produce a personal, non-company address list so that I can print address labels, perhaps using a non-company version of Mail Merge? Thanks Graham for taking the time to look over my problem. Your solution
sounds a great idea. I have no experience of working with Outlook Express, but your suggestion will give an opportunity for me to learn something new. I hope to be able to let you know 'how well I've done. Thanks again and best wishes, Ken. "Graham Mayor" wrote: Use Outlook. Not Outlook Express - Outlook! They are entirely different.

Thanks Graham. I will try your suggestions and, if I may, get back to you to
say how I got on. Thanks again for your help, Ken. "Graham Mayor" wrote: Use Outlook. Either create a separate contacts list or use categories to indicate your personal entries. Graham Mayor has quickly responded. He has suggested that I use a mail merge
program available within Outlook Express. I will try to do this, but as I don't have any experience of using Outlook Express I'm not sure how I will get on. But, it's great there are people out there willing to give time to people who are 'seeking'. Thanks again. Hi,
I've now tried the info.supplied by Graham Mayor. I was unable to find the page shown in his Web page, and expected in Outlook Contacts, and shown on Pages: 1. 2 & 3 of his Web Pages titled, Mailmerge from Outlook. I'm using Office 2003, 'Basic Edition'. Could this have something to do with my problem?? Is any other help possible, please? I have my two disks of Microsoft Office 97. Could I in some way use this source. The computer on which the ....Office 97 had been copied is now defunct, unfortunately. Office 97 requires a different method.
from Outlook 2003, select Contacts, so the entries are displayed, then Tools mail merge. This option is context sensitive. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Kenryshirt wrote: Hi, I've now tried the info.supplied by Graham Mayor.
