Default Avery 5160

Question, I have hard copies of labels on regular 8.5x11 that I need to put
on Avery 5160 labels. How can this be accomplished w/o re-typing all labels
again? Scanning, but this creates a problem with formatting. OCR software
will place labels everywhere. Any suggestions?

Thanks, but it did not work. I guess we'll start from scratch.
