Removing "copyright mark" when you type "(c)"
When I type as follows in Microsoft Word:
(a) (b) (c) The above "(c)" becomes a "copyright mark." How do I avoid this from happening? |

If you might sometimes want it, you can simply press Ctrl+Z right after it
happens to undo that particular automatic change. Or, if you want to zap it completely, you can remove it from AutoCorrect. Tools - AutoCorrect Options - AutoCorrect tab. Find (c) in the Replace: list at the left, select it, and click Delete. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along. http://www.herbtyson.com "Removing "copyright mark"" Removing "copyright mark" @discussions.microsoft.com wrote in message ...
