Default Printing without comments showing up

Hi, trying to print a document with comments without the comments showing up
on the print out, but being still visible on the document. Have tried
everything.

In the Print dialog, select "Document" instead of "Document showing markup."

Thank you for your quick response. I have tried this but it doesn't stay as
the default and I was hoping to be able to that as we need to be careful that
none of the comments are ever printed on a document.

You have to switch to Final view before printing, or print from the Print
dialog with "Document" selected, or Delete All Comments in Document before
printing.
