I would like to be able to change sentences from ALL CAPS to Initial Caps
like in a title: Now is the Time for All Good Men to Come to the Aid of
Their Country. Do NOT want words like "to the" to be capitalized. Any
suggestions - am I missing something?

Format--Change Case--Title case. But we're stuck with whatever it produces
unless we change it manually or by using Find/Replaces.

People have posted macros that will undo many of the wrong initial caps.
