Default Graphic won't leave Word startup

A long time ago, I did something in huge colourful letters for something and
then printed it and may have saved it (not sure). Since then, EVERY time i
open microsoft word, the two words are there and I don't know what to do. I
had office 2000 when it started but now have since upgraded to 2003, but its
still appearing on my screen. Can somebody PLEASE help me get rid of this.

The procedure is exactly the same for Word 2003 as for 2002. It's just that
the page was written before 2003 came out.
