How do I use Find Printer if Directory Unavailable?
I am trying to print from my laptop to my dad's network printer. The address
of his printer changes occasionally and he showed me how to find the new address in the control panel. Once I have the new address I think I'm supposed to go back to Word 2003 to FILE and PRINT. Once in the PRINT menu, I click on Find Printer so I can find the new address and connect to that printer, but when I click on FIND PRINTER I get a message saying that the Directory is Unavailable. What do I do now? |
