You can use the shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+L" to start a bullet list.
You can use the shortcut "Alt+Ctrl+L" to start a numbered list. You can also find all of your shortcut keys under the macro ListCommands. To access this, go to Tools, click on Macros, then click on Macros under the side menu. Where it says: "Macros in", select Word Commands. They are listed in alphebetical order. So, double-click on ListCommands. It will then ask you if you want to create it in a new menu & keyboard settings, press ok. That will bring it up in a new document. Hope this helps! Or you can do numbering by just typing the number, press Spacebar twice _or_
tab once, continue typing the numbered item & press Enter. The next para will be consecutively numbered. (As long as the AutoCorrect options are set to On.)
