I need to redo the way the list appears. I want the first thing seen to be
one thing and every time I move it over in the list (how it appears on the table) it gets moved back when I do anything else (edit, okay, etc.). Can I change the horizontal appearance of the list when I am looking at it? |

Use a directory type mailmerge main document with the mergefields in the
