hi,

how can i put a semicircle over two letters?
In the microsoft equation 3, i didn't find one,

hi Carol,

i'm looking for something like insert/object/microsoft equation 3,type ab,
select them, and then select one shape from under bar and overbar toolbar.

some kind of semicircle,thanks

Try this:

Click where you want to insert the equation.

On the Inswert menu, click Object, and then click the Create New tab.

In the Object type box, click Microsoft Equation 3.0 (If you're using Office
2003)

Click OK.

Select your symbols from the Equation toolbar.

If you need help, click Equation Editor Help Topics on the Help menu.

Carol,

As far as i can see in the mvps link, theres no mention to rounded border
over caracters,semicolon.
