I copied a document from the internet containing lots of hyperlinks and it is
painstaking to remove them one by one, is there a way to remove them all in one go? Thanks |

Edward,
Hyperlinks are a type of Word field. If hyperlinks are the only type fields that you have in the pasted text, you can unlink them to plain text with CTRL+a (select all) and CTRL+Shift+F9. If you have other fields in your doc e.g., date fields, etc., post back for a different solution. -- Greg Maxey/Word MVP A Peer in Peer to Peer Support Edward Rubens wrote: I copied a document from the internet containing lots of hyperlinks and it is painstaking to remove them one by one, is there a way to remove them all in one go?
