How do I create a table of numbered "TBD's" (e.g., TBD-n) that will display
the TBD number and locations in an MS Word document where each TBD appears
(each TBD may appear in more than one location). As each To Be Determined
(TBD) item is determined, I want to replace all appearances of that TBD in
the document with its true value, typically document names, and have all
remaining TBDs automatically be renumbered so I can upate the table of
current TBDs.
