Default inserting file name in document

after i save a document, i would like to print it on the bottom of the
document so anywho looks at the hard copy will be able to locate it on our
server.

Click on View | Header and Footer | Insert AutoText | Filename
and path.

But see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=832897 "The FILENAME
field does not automatically update when you open a document in
Word 2002 or Word 2003".
