Cannot figure this out. The lower page border disappears when in print
preview mode. Also the bottom border will not print. Tried to adjust the margins. Even tried changing the set up in borders. I'm at a loss. |

This is a limitation of your printer, not of Word. Most printers
have some amount of nonprintable area along each edge of the page. Word displays the printable area of the page in Print Preview. The usual solution is to increase the border "from edge" setting (as described in http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...sDontPrint.htm ) until the border prints. Try changing the "Measure from:" option to "Text" rather than "Edge of Page"
and change the tiny 1 pt and 4 pt margins to something like 18 pt. This places the border 18 pts away from the text 'boundary' ie the margin. This works for me every time.
