Multiple changes
I have a document that gets updated and printed once a month. A particular
date (month/year) appears numerous times in the document. It's sometmes the current month/year, sometimes the previous month/year. Is there a way I can just make the change once...and have all the other fields updated automatically? The document also contains other information in tables that is updated manually. Thanks! |

For your purposes, the Document Property method (#4) might work best. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
