Default ms word 2003 mailmerge

I am creating a mailmerge document in word the list comes from an Access
database most the merge is fine except several names have multiple same
addresses ie
Tom Jones
12 Smih St
12 Smih St
12 Smih St
Anywhere, ny 11111
it varies from 2 dups to several
Any help is appreciated

If you are using the Addressblock, don't. Instead, just insert the actual
field names in the configuration that you require.
