Default mail merge labels

I created an address book in Outlook. I did a mail merge to create lables
from this address book. Not all of my contacts have all of the same info and
some have more info than others. The labels won't print with all the info on
it. I would like the info that won't fit on one label to move down to
another. I can't seem to make it work. I'm using Avery 5161 labels. Thank
you.

There is no way that you can do that using mailmerge and labels. Or in
other words, there is no way that you can make data that won't fit on one
label move down onto another label.

You will either have to use a smaller font, a bigger label or rather than
using labels, use a catalog or directory type mailmerge.
