After selecting a mail merge table, Word refuses to open it.
In attempting to do a mail merge in Office 2003, I get stuck on the third
step when I select an Excel spreadsheet for my table I get an error message stating that Word is unable to open the data source. |

You may not have the right converter installed toi allow this - see the
