Hi all,

I just changed my Regional and Language options so that it would show East
Asian text, but now my IME (Input Method Editor) bar for Simplified Chinese
no longer shows up on my desktop... This is frustrating and I can't seem to
type pinyin for characters anymore. I tried to re-install the Chinese IME,
but it just says that it's already installed. Any suggestions?
