I am not sure where you are running into this at. Odd and Even pages are
found in printing options regarding how your document prints but there are
also references to those when inserting breaks? Why do you have to use odd
and even pages, maybe I can help.

Hi, Are you talking about ODD and EVEN under the Page Break Type in Word, or
are you looking at the Printing Pages Dialog in Word? You can print either
odd or even pages you can use even and odd breaks. You can't put anything in
the Page Break except the Even or odd Indicator dot. So perhaps you are
talking about Printing either the even or odd pages.
You say you HAVE to use the odd and even pages. Could you perhaps rephrase
your question and explain the situations? Everyone can help if you provide a
situation that you are working on.

This is the third time you have asked this question, and you have asked it
so ambiguously that you've now received information on three different "odd
and even" settings. Post back to tell us which one you're actually asking
about. And if this is (as I suspect) a homework question, then you're
supposed to find the answer by yourself.

That question has been answered in one of the other places you posted the
question. Please look there.
