Default Book

Dear Sir/Madam

My computer has the Microsoft Word and the laser printer has duplexer that
can print on both side of the paper.

I have a document file and data file. I want to use my computer equipment
to create copies to each member in the data file.

I want to print the information on the each side of the paper (A4 size).
Each side has two pages. And then, cut and binding together like a book (A5
size). Each page may show it's page number.

But, how I print the document that the pages number of each paper is
suitable for binding to form a book?
