Removonh all Merge Data
I created a mail merge document. Now I want to use it without the merge data
associated with it and use it ads a straight non-merge letter. How do I remove all the merge data from it? Thanks. I'm using WinXP and Word 2003 |

It sounds like you never did the "Merge to New Document" command, and that
you're simply previewing the documents. Choose merge to new doc and you should have exactly what you've asked for. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "tabcourt" wrote in message ...
