Mailmerge help please
Using excel, or csv, text file which are names, addresses and phone numbers
is their a way to merge into word so that you end up with name, address, phone # in one column (left). Similar to labels, only all in one column? ( no columns really, just left margin)The final goal is an addressbook for a country club. ex: Thanks very much, Frank bill Carr 123 Street palm Beach, Fl 33418 561 757-8459 John Doe 123 Street palm Beach, Fl 33418 561 757-8459 Bill Doe 123 Street palm Beach, Fl 33418 561 757-8459 |

This is a simple catalog/directory merge. Enter the fields once, set the
document type to directory/catalog and merge to a new document. http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm may help -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Frank wrote: Using excel, or csv, text file which are names, addresses and phone numbers is their a way to merge into word so that you end up with name, address, phone # in one column (left).
