Hi,
Is it possible to turn off *ALL* visible portions of the Track Changes, yet still keep the functionality? I know that a macro exists (I am using it), and it hides the strikeouts and other markups, but I still have an annoying little "tooltip" style box that appears where I have inserted text. It basically has my user ID, the date, and 'Inserted.' Can I get rid of that, too? It is distracting and in the way. TIA, Brian |

I'll answer myself on this one.... I was unaware of the "Final Showing Markup" and "Show"
settings. I clicked on "Show" and unchecked the "Insertions and Deletions". That solved the problem. Just thought I'd share this with those who might be experiencing the same problem. Thanks, Brian I wrote: Hi, Is it possible to turn off *ALL* visible portions of the Track Changes, yet still keep the functionality?
