Is there a way to automatically created a Table of Authorities in which the
entries in the TOA are hyperlinked to the referenced locations within the
body of the document?

There's an option to do this with Table of Contents, but I can't see this
option for Table of Authorities.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I think that the short answer is no.

I don't think the Table of Authorities functionality has changed in Word for
10 years. I doubt that anyone thought about hyperlinks when it was invented!
