Can I set rules in mailmerge documents?
I am merging certificates for students. There is a certain line on the
certificates that moves if the students name or degree title is on more than one line. Can I add a rule so that the rest of the information on the certificate moves up the page instead of down. Basically this line always need to be in a specific place. |

Can I set rules in mailmerge documents?
Hi Emma,
If you put the mergefields for the name and degree title into a one-cell table with a fixed row height sufficient for two lines of text, that will keep the formatting for the rest of the certificate consistent.
