Does this happen to anyone else? This has happened to me at work (before my
internship ended) and now it has happened at home. When I highlight an entire word, line, sentence, etc. and press the backspace key, nothing happens. Everything stays, except I lose my highlighting. I'm left with either having to delete each individual letter (which still works with the backspace key) or using the delete key (as opposed to insert) to delete highlighted material. So again, does this happen to anyone else? And how can I get rid of it? It's been the second day. |

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Edit | check the "Typing
replaces selection" box | OK. OP Hiruchus wrote: Does this happen to anyone else? This has happened to me at work (before my internship ended) and now it has happened at home.
