Can anybody tell me if its possible to create a new data source
directly in your C# program code?

Instead of having to do it via the control panel in windows. The reason
im asking is because im creating a program that should be used on
several computers, and it would make it more simple to start using the
program directly, without having to manually set up the new data
source.

Im working against a simple access-database.
