Default Locking a document

I had a question asked to me and I don't have an answer. I was asked if there
is a way to send a word document as an email attachment, but be able to lock
the document from being printed, changed. So read only and thats it.

Protection can be used to prevent modifying the attached file, but there is
_nothing_ that can be done to prevent the recipient from printing it. Even if
you could do so, all they need is a screen-grab to work with once they
display the file on-screen.
