WE are using the header/footer facility to create a letterhead and are also
using Wordart within the header. When we view the document the header appears as semi transparent - any suggestions on how we can rectify this. If not what other options do we have to create a letterhead using Wordart and protecting just the letterhead details? |

This dimmed view is intentional to indicate that it is a header/footer. It
doesn't print that way or display dimmed in the Print Preview view. The dimming cannot be switched off. If you are producing letters to be viewed on screen, then produce them as PDF format files. If they are to be printed on paper, don't worry about it. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org C Callanan wrote: WE are using the header/footer facility to create a letterhead and are also using Wordart within the header.
