Have non-printing instructions on document
I have a form (as a std word doc not a form) that will be used on a company
intranent. It includes instructions on how to fill in the form which should not be printed when a user prints the form. At the moment I have inserted the instructions as comments. The problem is that by default the coments are shown (as desired) and the comments are printed (not desired). Is it possible to set the document to show but not print the comments by default, so the users (who might not have such in depth word skills) can edit and print the form easily or is there a better way of including the instructions on the form (whilst not printing them)? |
