Suddenly, I cannot use Shift-Tab or Tab to change Outline levels; I was able
to do this in the past but it no longer works. |

In Word 2002 or 2003, go to Tools | AutoCorrect Options | AutoFormat As You
Type and check the box for "Set first- and left-indent with tabs and backspaces." -- Suzanne S. And in Word 97/2000, the option is "Tabs and backspace set left
