I am new to Office 2003. When I point my mouse at a tool bar icon, I don't
get a definition of the icon. In Word 97, I would point to, for example, the
single space icon and it would say underneath (single space), How can I
activate this feature?

Tools | Customize | Options: Show ScreenTips on toolbars.
