How do I control the size of the image in Word when linking to an Excel
spreadsheet and not displaying an icon? Word prints the entire Spreadsheet as an image when you embed the spreadsheet, which is what I want. I then crop the image using the picture toolbar to show the data that I want to see quickly while viewing the Word document. Word only prints the upper left portion of the spreadsheet when linking, which does not contain the data that I want to display as the link in Word. Also, is there any way to control which sheet of the book that you are linking to gets picked as the display icon in Word? |

If you need to crop the picture, then "the entire spreadsheet" is *not* what
you want. Select the section of the spreadsheet you want to see and embed just that. "gzuko30" wrote in message ...
