paste data into a table
Hello,
I would like to ask a question about pasting data into a table (office word 2003) I have data in text format seperated by spaces, e.g. data1 data2 data3 When I paste it into a table, it all goes into one cell. How do I do it so each data bit goes into its own cell? Thanks in advance.. |

paste data into a table
Paste it into the document, then select it all, and from the Tables menu,
select Convert Text to Table and check the Other radio button and replace whatever is in the box beside it with a space. Then click on OK. -- Hope this helps.
