I have some tables in Word that use bullets in some rows but restart the
numbering in each cell group. For example: ---------------------------------- 1. Item A 2. Item B ---------------------------------- 1. Item C 2. Item D ---------------------------------- Item E ---------------------------------- 1. Item F 2. Item G 3. Item H ---------------------------------- When I cut in past this into another empty table, the bullet numbering continues for each section. So all the "1., 2."would increment to the next number (i.e. 3., 4.). ---------------------------------- 3. Item A 4. Item B ---------------------------------- 3. Item C 4. Item D ---------------------------------- Item E ---------------------------------- 3. Item F 4. Item G 5. Item H ---------------------------------- I have to go into each cell and renumber the bullets. Is there any way to get Word to copy what I have an not touch the bullets when I paste it? |
