You have a template or an add-in that's trying to run a macro on startup, and you have the macro security level set to High which disables all macros. If you know what the macro is and you want it to run, then go to the Tools Macro Security dialog, set the level to medium, and on the Trusted Publishers tab check the box for "Trust all installed add-ins and templates". See section 4 of http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErr...peningWord.htm to find out about add-ins. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
