Default Word & Outlook Email

I am working on a Word document that has the option to email the document.
It has all the gadgets that an outlook email module has...like the To: From:
Subject: button. How do I get this off? I do not want to send the document
as an email.

I have Word2000 and I believe I have Windows XP. Please help. Thank you.

Click the e-mail button on the standard toolbar or file send to mail
recipient to toggle the display off.
