I am making a report in Word.
On screen everything looks all right. When printing the text and printed area of the page is diminished to about 75%. The paper gets a wide margin right and bottom. I have tried two different printers. In Page Setup everything seems to be correct. If I print the document in Open Office, printing is normal Printing of other documents from Word is normal. Thank you for any suggestion. Erik |

Is the paper in your printer the same size as the page defined in the

Most likely the document contains Comments or Tracked Changes. If the
Reviewing toolbar is displayed, set the view to Final before printing. Alternatively, open the Print dialog (Ctrl+P) and choose "Document" instead of "Document showing markup." In Word 2002/2003, the default print setting for documents containing markup is "Document showing markup," which reduces the text size to allow margin space for the "balloons." If you disable balloons (Tools | Options | Track Changes), the document will print normally, with markup inline. -- Suzanne S.
