I tried a lot to know about "Fix broken text..." on the Tools menu, but
couldn't get it. Please, I need some detailed explaination about it. Thanks. |

The feature fixes font mapping problems that may happen when a document written in earlier versions of Word using Eastern European languages are opened in Word 2000 or later. The feature is not enabled until you download an extra piece of software from the Microsoft site.
