Permanently remove a reviewer's name from a Word XP document
WORD XP - I do not want to have any of the original track changer reviewer's
names in my document show up on the drop down reviewer's list. I have accepted all changes and resaved, but their names are still on the list. Is it possible to delete them entirely? |

Does Word 2002 have the Security Option to "Remove personal information from
file properties on save"? This will do it. Otherwise, try using the Remove Hidden Data add-in from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en -- Suzanne S.
