For some reason my right hand margin will not move past 15 cm, I have tried
the usual , file , page setup , margins , but it will not let me adjust the
right hand setting. I have tried the depault changes , I have tried OK , but
the following menu keeps coming up :- "increasing right margin causes last
column to become too narrow in some sections having unevenly spaced columns."

In Word, click on Format | Columns | One | Apply to: Whole
document | OK. Then try to adjust the right margin in File |
Page Setup | Margins.
