Default how do I prevent others from seeing squiggles indicating mispell.

On a final version of the document how do I prevent readers from seeing
editing marks. I frequently have words that are not in a standard dictionary
or choose to ignore formatting and grammer suggestions. When I send the
document to someone else I dont want these edit marks to be shown.

In the document, Tools, Options, Spelling and Grammer tab. That has all of
the options for the Spelling and Grammer tool. If you ensure that the 'Hide
spelling errors in this document' and the 'Hide grammer errors in this
document' boxes are checked before you send the document, the squigglies
won't show up.

Check the box for "Hide spelling errors in this document" on the Spelling &
Grammar tab of Tools | Options.
