For some reason, I cannot seem to call up any files originated and residing
in Microsoft Office. For instance, a saved file in word will show up in the menu, but when I attempt to access that particular file, I receive an error message saying that that file is not available. I can access Word files in Wordpad and can attach them to an email and access in an alternative computer. I have attempted to delete Microsoft Office from my computer and re-install, but that did not work. I am desperate for any assistance and I am not very computer literate. |
