Default issue after upgrade from Word 2000 to 2003

I have a lot of documents that I created in Word 2000 and when I open them in
Word 2003 almost all of the formatting is different. They arent off by much
but they have to be fixed.

Is there a way to fix this?

Are these documents being opened on a different computer running a different
OS? If so, they will almost certainly be reflecting a different printer
driver. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm
