Default Text overlaps in MsWord

1.Open Ms Word (occurs in both versions XP and 2003).
2.Select the Columns button from standard toolbar and set it to 2 Columns.
3.Type any sufficient text so that they occupy both the columns.
Drag the left indent of the right column over the left column and also drag
the right indent of the left column over the right column.
4.See the print preview for the same as the texts are as clubbed (not
overlapped).
5.Print the document.
6.Verify that the text overlap is visible in the printout.

I think Jezebel has a point. I'm not sure why you're doing this in the first
place. By "clubbed" do you mean "cropped" or "curtailed"? What is the object
of the exercise?
