I am using Word 2003 and am automatically numbering my Heading 1 style (Level
1) with "Chapter # - ..." Following the dash (-) character Word automatically inserts a tab. I have figured out how to adjust the tab stop, (i.e. adjust "Tab space after" under Customize), however, I need to remove this tab & just have a space (otherwise formatting in my table of contents looks funny). Thanks! |
